Position Type: Full-Time (M-F, 9 am – 4 pm; One-hour Lunch; Some evening or weekend work may be necessary on occasion)
Principal Duties/Responsibilities: •Manage staff payroll plus health and retirement benefits •Preparation and management of annual and semi-annual budget; National Convention Budget; Arnold Palmer Cup Budget •Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable •Monthly reconciliation of GCAA bank accounts •Manage sponsor agreements/contracts •Manage ordering of GCAA awards •Record minutes of National Advisory Board meetings •Office management (inventory, process incoming mail, etc.)
