University of Oklahoma Athletics Department is looking to add an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations and Analytics to join our team. Responsibilities include oversight of Baseball ticket operations and student ticketing, assist with data analytics, maintain closeout and reconciliation of all sports.
Required Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:
12-18 months of ticket operations and data analytics experience
Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
Able to understand chart of accounts and code entries to proper account
Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff
Able to produce reports and complete work within deadlines
Advertised Physical Requirements:
Must be able to engage in repetitive motions, communicate, grasp, move and see, including color, depth perception and clarity.
Experience with Tableau and Data Analytics software
Experience in college or professional athletics
Working knowledge of university, Big 12, and NCAA rules and regulations
Supervision: Student group
