This position is responsible for assisting with the strategic communications and comprehensive public relations for Elon Athletics and the department’s 17 NCAA Division I varsity sport programs. The Assistant Director of Communications for Athletics will serve as the primary liaison to the media for assigned teams, to be determined in conjunction with the Assistant Athletics Director for Communications and Multimedia, and ensure the timely dissemination of accurate information, social media posts, pregame and post-game digital content, press releases, results and statistics.
