Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach Washington and Lee University
Washington and Lee University invites applications for the position of Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach. Founded in 1749, Washington and Lee is a highly selective, residential co-educational liberal arts university of approximately 1850 undergraduate students located in the beautiful Valley of Virginia. The University is a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, sponsoring 24 varsity sports.
This is a full-time, non-faculty, 12-month coaching position. The successful candidate will also teach in our required physical education program. A bachelor’s degree is required and a master's degree and collegiate playing experience is
preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to skill development, managing the substitution box, practice planning, identification and recruitment of athletically and academically qualified student-athletes, management of recruiting and alumni database, film exchange, and opponent scouting. Coaching and/or playing experience on offense and/or the face-off position preferable but not required.
