2nd Assistant Coach, Women’s Lacrosse (Seasonal-15 week) Athletics Department Williams College invites applications for an Assistant Coach of Women’s Lacrosse for the 2019-2020 season. Williams College is a coeducational liberal arts institution, a member of the New England Small Athletic Conference (NESCAC), offering undergraduate education to its 2,200 students. Williams Women's Lacrosse is steeped in tradition and excellence, having won the elusive NESCAC conference title in 2010 and appearing in the NCAA Tournament multiple times since its first varsity team in 1974. Our program is committed to pursuing continued athletic success by focusing on developing the student-athletes as a whole, in a competitive and positive environment. Primary duties include assisting the head coach in the planning and execution of practices and games, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. This is a part-time position (15-week and hourly) position with the possibility of renewal. We are especially interested in individuals who have experience with diverse populations who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of athletic opportunities at Williams.
