Seton Hill University invites applications for the position of full-time Assistant Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field Coach. The University is a member of the NCAA Division II and competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The assistant coach will be responsible for designing weekly training and assisting with fundraising within all University, NCAA, and PSAC rules and regulations. Another main requirement will be recruiting potential student-athletes. This position will require some travel and the incumbent must have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years collegiate coaching experience in Track & Field (Sprints or Throws) is required. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, as he/she will be responsible for driving team vehicles to/from meets. Strong organizational and communication skills, computer competency, ability to relate with various constituencies of the University, commitment to the mission of the University, and compliance with NCAA rules are essential.
