South Dakota State University is accepting applications for a Facilities and Events Manager of athletic facilities (Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium, Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex, Stanley J. Marshall Center, and outdoor fields). A majority of this position will be handling the numerous athletic and non-athletic events that will occur at the Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium and the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex. This position will train and supervise student workers and groups for a variety of game day and non-game day events.
Earned Bachelor’s degree;
At least one year experience with day to day operations of managing facilities and/or events;
Effective communication (oral, written and interpersonal) skills;
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Administrative and operations experience in collegiate athletics;
Personnel supervisory management skills.
