Job Title:Assistant Coach for Men’s Tennis Reports To:Head Men’s Tennis Coach and/or the Director of Athletics Status: Non-Exempt, Part Time
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.Management, training, and organization of the college’s men’s tennis program. 2.Have a fundamental understanding of the college student-athlete experience. 3.Assist in running and planning daily practices. 4.Assist in recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes. 5.Compliance and knowledge of NCAA, Skyline Conference, college’s rules and regulations. 6.Other duties as assigned by the head men’s and women’s tennis coach and/or the Director of Athletics.
Competitive tennis experience, ideally at the college level.
New York State licensure or eligibility.
Excellent organizational, verbal, written and communication skills.
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism, with a high standard of personal conduct and integrity.
Ability to work independently.
