Albright College, located in Reading, PA, is looking for an Assistant Sports Information Director for a 10-month appointment beginning in early August 2019 through late May 2020. The Assistant Sports Information Director reports directly to the Sports Information Director and assists in the publicity of Albright’s 24 NCAA Division III athletics programs. The assistant will serve as the primary contact for several sports and will be responsible for writing press releases, keeping statistics, compiling records and maintaining the athletics website. The chosen candidate will also share in social media and webcasting responsibilities.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience in a sports information or college newspaper setting.
Preferred Qualifications Previous work as a graduate assistant in sports information. Basic experience with StatCrew statistical programs. Familiarity with website maintenance, photography, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
