Provide direct coaching and assist in the oversight of the Missouri Baptist University cheerleading program. Responsibilities also include gameday involvement, community and campus service as well as NAIA competitions. Will routinely meet with the Director of Spirit & Community Engagement to coordinate activities ensuring a successful gameday experience for fans. The Cheer Coach will also assist the Director of Spirit & Community Engagement with events and activities including but not limited to Homecoming and the annual Spartan Hall of Fame banquet.
