Responsibilities are on deck coaching, recruiting top level Division I student-athletes, and other administrative responsibilities as directed by the head coach. Ideal candidates exhibit enthusiasm and knowledge for the sport and a willingness to continually learn and grow. Assisting in all aspects of a Division I intercollegiate program including instruction, conducting practice and teaching skill development, competition planning, film review, recruiting, and team travel.
2-3 years of coaching experience collegiately and/or 2-3 years of high level club coaching experience
Exposure to the collegiate recruiting process.
Administrative experience in running collegiate, club or high school swimming

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations with demonstrated exemplary ethical conduct and conformance to NCAA rules and regulations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
2 years of college recruiting experience
Swam or coached at the division 1 level
Demonstrated success/experience with athletes on the collegiate level
Experience with Hy-Tek Meet Manager and Team Manager
