Intercollegiate Athletics is offering a graduate assistantship available August, 2020, to a person holding a bachelor’s degree who wishes to professionalize his/her coaching experience. These duties will include working with Head Coach, Brian Etelman and other staff, in all aspects of the Cross Country/Track and Field program; practice planning; game preparation; day-to-day operations, player development, recruiting, camps and clinics. The applicant must make a strong commitment to and have a responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Ball State University, the Mid-American Conference and the NCAA.
The successful applicant must be admitted to the Graduate School and is expected to apply to a master’s program. In addition, the successful applicant should experience as a student-athlete and/or coach in the areas of jumps and combined events.
Tuition remission and a yearly stipend of $7,500.00 will be provided.
