Ticket management for gate receipt events (Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, various championships and tournaments), preparation of financial reports, maintain ticketing system, assist in the development and implementation of new ticket sales, strategies, and promotions, work closely with various campus entities and external groups to increase sales, and supervise, engage, and motivate Game Day Ticket and Event Staff.
Collaborate with the Athletic Communications Department on promotional activities for all 23 sports, supporting our Strategic Plan.
Coordinate with sponsors, community organizations, and the campus community to increase fan engagement and attendance at events.
Serves on the External Staff and the Management Team of the Athletic Department.
Some travel, night, and weekend work is required.
Position to include other duties as assigned by the Athletic Administration as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated experience in ticketing, customer service, marketing, sales, and money management.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
Knowledge of University Tickets is a plus.
Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and problem solve creatively.
