Eastern Oregon University (EOU) seeks nominations, applications, and expressions of interest for the position of Head Women’s Wrestling Coach. The position is a full-time, 12 month, position and reports directly to the Athletic Director.
Head Coach leads and is responsible for all aspects of EOU’s competitive intercollegiate Women’s Wrestling program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, retention, and graduating of student-athletes; academic supervision, fundraising for both the Women’s Wrestling program and the athletic department, budget management, supervising assistant coaches, developing and managing a competitive schedule, and organizing and conducting all training sessions. Must adhere to all rules and regulations of NAIA, and Eastern Oregon University. Expected to implement the NAIA Champions of Character Program within the Women’s Wrestling Program.

Bachelor’s Degree Required
3-5 years college, club or high school wrestling coaching experience.
Must satisfactorily complete EOU criminal and credential background check.
Valid work authorization documents required.
