The Director of Athletic Video Services will coordinate and oversee all aspects of athletic video operations. The University of Tulsa offers 17 intercollegiate sports and is a member of the American Athletic Conference at the NCAA Division I (FBS) level. This is a twelve month, full time staff position.
Oversees video board operation, live streaming, coaches TV/digital shows, promotional videos, game recaps and highlight packages
Coordinates with marketing/Golden Hurricane Sports Properties on game presentations including pre and post production work
Produces and directs game presentations
Oversees the integration of infrastructure for ESPN+ broadcasts as part of the AAC media rights agreement
Purchases, maintains and repairs equipment as necessary
Hires game day personnel
Assists in production of video highlight packages for social media including tulsahurricane.com
Provides local television stations and national entities with video highlights when requested
Coordinates with network TV for onsite broadcasts
Performs other duties as assigned/needed
Bachelor’s degree and 3 plus years of experience in sports video/television
Previous work in an athletic video department a plus.
