The Associate Gymnastics Coach will assist the head coach in the overall operation of a Division I women’s gymnastics program. This position will perform coaching duties as assigned by the head coach. Responsibilities for this position may include team warm-ups, scheduling, strength and conditioning, choreography, spotting, meet management, individual conferences, and all other areas associated with administering a Division I collegiate gymnastics team. The Associate Gymnastics Coach may be responsible for the workout planning and implementation of work assignments for specific events. This position will perform administrative, community outreach, and public relations duties as assigned by the head coach. This position will also assist in all facets of the process to recruit athletically and academically qualified student-athletes.

Minimum Qualifications for Associate Head Gymnastics Coach:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
At least four years of collegiate, club, or elite coaching experience
Demonstrated excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to academic and athletic excellence
Minimum Qualifications for Assistant Head Gymnastics Coach:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least two years of Gymnastics coaching experience at Club, Elite, or Collegiate level
Advanced spotting experience
