Spartan Vision has an exciting opportunity to help drive the Spartan brand and fan experience to new levels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to crafting and executing creative video board and social concepts and ideas. This includes video features, pump up videos, intro videos, highlights, headshots and motion graphics. QUALIFICATIONS: Willing to buck trends and set a new standard. Extremely well versed in Adobe After Effects, the entire Adobe Creative Suite, and current design trends. Advanced skills in shooting, lighting, compositing and editing are required. Able to manage multiple tasks with ease. Experience with building brands through digital content. Excellent interpersonal skills. Have pride in what you create.

The creative content director is the lead for in-venue asset and social media creation for Michigan State Athletics.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and execute creative, trend setting ideas and concepts for in-game presentation including LED boards located in four different athletic facilities.
Shoot, edit and composite everything from intro videos, video features, pump up videos and highlights to headshots, animations and graphics
Translate creative content for all MSU athletic social media channels
Help build our creative unit and assets through working with students and full-time staff
Collaborate with multiple internal partners such as marketing, sales, communications and event management
Continue to define the strategy and goals in order to achieve success in engaging fans and moving the Michigan State Athletics brand forward, by bringing energy to the creative process
Other duties as assigned
A bachelor’s degree
At least two years of college or professional sports experience
Expertise in compositing and digital production
Experience editing and working with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
Well versed in taking a project from conception to completion
Ability to work some nights, weekends and holidays (non-standard work schedule)
Independent self-starter who strives to be the best and grow in all aspects of their job
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with employees, students, student-athletes and fans
Social Media literate
Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal communication skills
Highly motivated individual ready to lead projects
Highly proficient with PC platform
Cinema4D/3D Design Software
Knowledge in the field of live production equipment
Familiarity with Ross and Click Effects products
Previous multicam production experience
