Candidate must have demonstrated coaching success at the collegiate or professional level with one year of experience and be able to assist the Head Strength Coach with providing strength development and injury prevention education and guidance for student athletes. Other duties include: Prepare individual and group / team strength and conditioning programs, Collaborate with athletic training department to develop and delivery injury prevention program, Conduct training sessions and workouts and teach proper training technique for improved athletic performance, Meet with coaches and training staff to assess needs, develop programs and discuss individual progress. Bachelor's degree in sports management, kinesiology, exercise physiology, recreation or related field required. Knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology.
