GTFC Impact is hiring a full or part time staff coach for the 2019-2020 seasonal year. Coaches will be assigned teams pending qualifications.
Overview: The staff coach will be responsible for the development of all assigned teams for fall, winter and spring training, matches and events. This person will coach in alignment with the GTFC Impact curriculum and age group goals. This person reports to the Director of Coaching and Age Group Coordinator.
Design and execute training sessions for all teams 2-3 times per week in alignment with GTFC Impact age group goals and club curriculum.
Management of all matches within GTFC Impact’s methodology and player development philosophy.
Perform video analysis to improve individual and team performance.
Create individual development plans for players and offer support and feedback throughout the season.
Provide mid-year player evaluations and review with player.
Responsible for clear communication with club directors, staff coaches, administration, players and parents.
Maintain club’s player development system.
Collaborate with other staff members in all areas of club and program development.
Attend, assist and support other GTFC Impact events as requested by the Director of Coaching.
Assist in the talent identification process for the GTFC Impact program.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
US Soccer D License or equivalent preferred.
Previous head coaching experience required.
Additional knowledge of related areas preferred. (i.e. Goalkeeping, Sports Performance, Nutrition, Psychology)
