Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, organization and flow of the football program; developing the yearly master calendar; scheduling team events; managing team communications; serving as the initial day-to-day liaison to human resources, compliance media relations, HuskerVision, and facility maintenance; organizing team travel; assisting with the budget process; and serving as the football camp and clinic liaison to the athletic department. Compliance with all NCAA, Big Ten, and institutional rules.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years’ experience in Football Operations at NCAA FBS or FCS institution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and management skills. Preferred qualifications: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Football Operations at FBS institutions. Criminal history background check will be conducted.
