Applicant will report to the head coach for all duties which will include: coaching of an event area, practice planning, and supervision, weight room supervision, home meet management, team travel, recruiting, and any other duties assigned by the head coach or assistant coach. At all times adhere to all NCAA rules and regulations.
Attention to detail, Communication skills, including oral, written, and/or nonverbal, Leadership skills: organization/meeting facilitation/project leadership, Physical abilities: mobility/strength/dexterity/balance/coordination/endurance, Supervisory skills, including motivation, delegation of duties, evaluation, etc, Management and/or administration skills, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines, Maintain confidentiality.
Desire to become a high school or college track & field or cross country coach.
On call/standby work required, Travel required, Irregular work hours, Professional appearance, Work in stressful conditions
