• Design effective, forward thinking creative graphic elements that maintain the continuity of the Army West Point brand throughout multiple collateral platforms including print, online, e-mail marketing, in-venue, etc. to support and enhance sales/fundraising campaigns. • Supports all promotional and branding campaigns including but not limited to: Army-Navy Football, marketing automation, ticket and development collateral. • Must possess a learning orientation to changing technology impacting athletics marketing, fundraising and communications processes. • Work in partnership with Athletic Communications, Creative Video and Media and marketing to create engaging digital storytelling to promote Army West Point Athletics and its 30 varsity programs. • Work with Athletic Communications and Creative Media to determine photography needs for the department as it relates to sales/development. • Work with internal and external departments/vendors to ensure standards of excellence are met (i.e. quality, content, pricing and turnaround). • Maintain an effective job list process that tracks the status of all projects in process. • Manage and maintain an organized digital asset library. • Archive all completed creative projects. • Ability to effectively meet established deadlines in a timely manner
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. • Minimum of two years of directly related graphic design experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute. • Use of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and related programs. • Willingness to work beyond a 40 hour week schedule when needed and some weeknights, weekends and potential holidays may be required.
Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities: • Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe After Effects
