Goshen College seeks a dynamic leader for the position of Head Men’s Soccer Coach.
The primary responsibilities for this full-time position are to direct and coordinate the planning, organizing, and coaching of a competitively successful men’s soccer program while modeling the College’s core values. Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment of student-athletes in accordance with college policy, practice and game coaching, budget management, scheduling, hiring and supervising assistant coaches, monitoring academic progress, organizing team travel, fundraising, equipment and purchases, and managing all other aspects of the men’s soccer program in accordance with NAIA and Crossroads League regulations.
Oversees program administration, including student-athlete development, retention, and academics
Develops and manages team budget
Participating and assisting with fundraising responsibilities
Recruit prospective student-athletes to a highly selective institution
Ability to schedule, organize and conduct competitions, team travel, and weekly practice sessions
Maintaining compliance with Goshen College, NAIA, Crossroads League conference rules and regulations
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience of soccer coaching experience preferably at the college/university level
Demonstrated knowledge of skills, techniques
