The Head Volleyball Coach is responsible for the organization and direction of our Division 1 Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, retaining qualified student-athletes capable of competing at the National and International level; organizing and planning practices; developing a competition schedule, managing athletic grant and aid, monitoring student-athlete academic progress; complying with all NCAA, Summit League, and institutional regulations; budget management; participation in community outreach activities; and assisting with the promotion of the team as well as the University of Nebraska Omaha.
