Job Purpose: Provide exemplary customer service to fans as well as other departments within Georgia Tech (GT) Athletics. Work within the GT Athletics structure and mission in order to increase revenue through ticket sales using industry best practices.
Major Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality customer service across all sport programs/Athletic hosted events. -Partner to maximize revenues through ticket sales and operations. -Provide daily support to aspire new sales and retention staff members. -Assist with ticket reconciliation, cash management, data entry, and daily ticket office operations. -Assist with student ticketing process for all sports. - Build and maintain all volleyball ticketing database. -Assist in the building and maintenance of other sports databases as needed. -Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Work Experience: Zero to one year job related experience
Skills: This job requires good customer service skills; ability to interact with individuals professionally and courteously; working knowledge of basic computer applications.
Preferred Skills: Skills preferred for this job include previous experience working in a Division I ticket office and working knowledge of ticketing software. Additional Information: This job requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
