Saint Francis University, a Division I member of the Northeast Conference invites applications for Head Coach, Women's Swimming/Director of Aquatics. The Head Coach//Director is responsible to the Director of Athletics or designee to coordinate all aspects of a Division I swimming program. The Head Coach/Director is also responsible for the coordination of all aspects of a total aquatics program to include programs for students, faculty, staff and the community.
The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the NEC, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is preferred. Intercollegiate swimming and coaching experience preferred. Current certifications as appropriate for the position. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.
