Position Summary Extramural Physical Activities. The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach assists the Head Coach in the recruitment, training, and guidance of student athletes.
Participates in the planning and implementation of team and individual strategies and tactics in the execution of game preparation methods and techniques.
Assists the Head Coach with recruiting, arranging travel, managing budgets, coaching, instructing, academics and tracking equipment.
Follows all federal, divisional, and University athletics regulations, to include rules and regulations established by the Sun Belt Conference (SBC) and the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA).
Minimum Education Required Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience Required Two or more years of collegiate coaching and/or playing experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
