EXACT Sports provides clinic, camp and other group-training events for elite high school through professional athletes. We combine our 'mental' training curriculum with technical training provided by NCAA & NAIA college coaches. EXACT supports college, pro & Olympic organizations through its neurocognitive toolkit and have received funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as well as the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
In this role, EXACT is seeking a part-time [stipend] staff member (with option for full-time in future) to help orchestrate training programs for high school-age athletes. This Regional Camp Director will guide planning and take a key leadership role at the event itself (traveling to be the Camp Director), thereby overseeing the college coaching staff and facilitating the athlete experience. We hope you'll apply and join us in our mission to help athletes #GoMental.
EXACT is seeking a part-time leader (remote work!) to both guide the event planning process and travel to & lead at the camp. Those with experience in the following sports are preferred: baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse (as those are EXACT's expanding sports).
Must be passionate about the importance of college sports and have an interest in helping athletes achieve their fullest potential. #GoMental
About EXACT Sports
EXACT is the number one mental training partner for colleges in the world. EXACT has also been funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the NCAA to conduct research on the development of youth and team factors of performance. Primarily, we bring in college coaches, as instructors, to our training events to unite the "mental" side of performance (EXACT's expertise) with the technical side of sports (college coach expertise). Beyond colleges, EXACT has been the behavioral training partner for professional & Olympic teams in baseball, football, soccer, and hockey. Our mission is to use the behavioral/mental aspects of human performance to improve the success of youth athletes BOTH in and out of the game. Our term for this is to help athletes "Go Mental".
