The primary role of the Director of Basketball Operations is to assist with daily program operations: coordinating team travel, completing compliance paperwork, managing schedules and directing community service. Practice responsibilities will include the setup and organization of practice equipment, non-instructional assistance during drills, and the recording of in-practice statistics. Game day responsibilities will include recording of statistical data.
4-year Bachelor's degree and enrolled in ISU Master's program.
Must be able to work nights/weekends during peak seasons.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Use memory, reasoning, analying, logic, verbal and written communication. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Crawling, Kneeling, Squatting, Bending, Stooping, Twisting, Sitting for sustained periods of time, Standing for sustained periods of time, Walking, Driving, Lifting Above Waist, Lifting Below Waist, Heavy Lifting - More than 50 lbs, Carrying, Pushing/Pulling, Climbing Ladders, Climbing Stairs, etc. Working outside in varying temperatures/weather.
