UCF Athletics at the University of Central Florida, an NCAA Division I institution and American Athletic Conference (The American) member, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Director of Ticket Operations and Service.
Under the direction of the Director of Ticket Operations and Service, the selected candidate assists in the day-to-day management of the Athletics' Ticket Office within UCF, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Assists in the season ticket holder retention and renewal process through proactive outbound phone calls and emails throughout the year
•Participates in the management of athletics ticket office, administering all operations related to ticketing, reporting and fulfillment
•Serves as a point of contact for season, group, and individual ticket purchaser for all ticketed sports
•Collaborates with ticket sales and championship resources staffs in the relocation and upgrade of seat locations for season ticket holders
•Maintains internal controls to ensure proper accounting procedures
•Represents the Athletics Ticket Office at select home and away sporting events
•Assists in the selection and supervision of athletics ticket office part-time staff
•Operates Ticketmaster's Host and Archtics ticketing systems
Position regularly requires work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, including all home football games, and occasional travel as assigned.
Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 2 years of appropriate experience. Prefer ticketing experience at the NCAA Division I level or higher as well as experience with Archtics and Ticketmaster's Host.
