SUNY Cortland, an NCAA Division III & SUNY Athletic Conference member is seeking applicants for Head Coach of Women’s Volleyball, a full time, 9.5 month position (August 15 – May 31).
Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the head coach is responsible for all aspects of the Women’s Volleyball program, including, but not limited to: practice preparation, skill instruction, on-court coaching, player development, recruiting, budget management, team travel, scheduling, academic success, and student-athlete welfare.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sport Management, Exercise Science or a related field. A Master’s Degree and three to five years of coaching experience at an NCAA institution is highly preferred.
