Status: Full-Time, Exempt Department: Ticketing Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Special event hours, including nights and weekends, as required
JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION With the goal of providing an efficient sales process, good fiscal practices and providing exceptional customer service, we are looking for a highly motivated ticketing professional with technical skills and aptitude for the Director of Ticketing Systems and Reporting. This position is responsible for system functions including setup and reporting to support ticket sales and service processes.

Manage & perform Paciolan processes including season system setup (event set up, pricing, manifests, etc.) and system integrity reviews
Responsible for bulk processing including renewals, order processes, Ballena testing and other integrated system maintenance as required
Coordinate ticket sales reporting, audits, and develop ad hoc reports
Work closely with Business Intelligence team on data analytics, including data hygiene
Assist with staff training on ticket system related processes
Oversee scanner inventory/AM Monitor Management (including training and pre-event testing)
Event responsibilities for ticket on-sales and events held at Texas A&M athletic venues
Liaison for seat cushion company
Supervise assigned sport as primary sport ticket manager
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.
4+ years’ experience in Ticket Systems or Operations at Division I institution or major professional sports organization
Extensive knowledge of Paciolan ticket systems
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team oriented attitude, professional demeanor and appearance
Strong statistical and analytical skills, with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends and some holidays; event work is required
Typical office environment; event locations vary, including locations outdoors, exposed to loud noises and various weather conditions.
