The University of Tulsa, a member of the American Athletic Conference and NCAA Division I (FBS), invites applicants for the position of Graphic Design Coordinator. POSITION SUMMARY: The Graphic Design Coordinator will handle primary graphic design for Athletics Marketing in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This position will develop all collateral, including posters, schedule cards, game day guides, and ticket sales and promotional flyers in an effort to raise brand awareness, increase attendance, generate revenue and maximize fan engagement. The Graphic Design Coordinator will be responsible for the development of weekly and game-day email graphics, social media templates, and general use graphics for social media and video boards. This position will be responsible in developing a themed and consistent look and messaging in the promotion of the TU brand and athletic programs, and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, marketing, advertising, or related field. At least one year of graphic design experience, preferably in collegiate and/or professional athletics. Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively; must be detail-oriented, energetic and a creative thinker. Must possess strong working experience in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator, etc.) and other design skills.
SALARY: $15,000 (12-month position)
