The men’s golf graduate assistant position is a part-time position. This position will report to the head coach and assist in leading all aspects of an NCAA Division II athletic program.
The duration of this job is two year, beginning in August 2019 and ending in May 2021. Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to interact effectively and appropriately with student-athletes, parents, faculty, peers, community members, and administrators.
This position provides $15,000 a year, which will cover the graduate program tuition and leave a small stipend to help with living expenses.
The duties of the Graduate Assistant Men’s Golf Coach will be to assist the head golf coach with duties associated with the men’s golf program. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited t0: Assist in player development and training, Assist with practice and game preparation, commitment to the student-athlete’s academic progress and degree completion, as well as adherence to NCAA conference, departmental, and university policies, procedures and expectations.
Must have 1-3 years of playing at a college level and/or coaching experience.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Acceptance into Regis’s Masters program.
