The Associate Athletics Director for Compliance will report to the Deputy Athletics Director and is responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with all California State University, Bakersfield, NCAA, and conference rules and regulations. This position will provide leadership and oversight of a comprehensive Division I compliance program in all matters pertaining to the monitoring, interpreting, educating, documenting and investigating of all institutional, NCAA and conference rules and regulations; as well as submitting required NCAA and conference reports and serving as liaison to the NCAA and conference on all compliance rules and interpretations. This position will also serve on the senior leadership team within the Department of Athletics and will participate in the development and coordination of programs, policies, and procedures for all sports.
