Primary responsibilities as a GA include, but are not limited to, assisting in developing and implementing daily practice plans and game analysis, serving as coach for the JV team, managing technological details including HUDL game film and breakdowns, helping organize and conduct off-season conditioning, technical skill development, and lifting plan/program, support and assist with recruitment efforts throughout the year. Hours expected to work in the role of assistant coach would be approximately 750-1,000 hours.
A bachelor's degree in Education and admission into Dordt's Master of Education program is required. Past experience coaching and/or playing soccer is desired.
