The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Michigan State University is looking for an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organize and schedule all phases of Division I recruiting
Organize team travel
Breakdown MSU and scout opponents through video analysis
Assist in developing opponent game plans
Assist head coach in practice and competition settings
Assist in summer camp instruction and administration
Other duties as assigned by the head coach to support the mens soccer program
At least two years successful and relevant intercollegiate coaching experience and/or playing experience.
Demonstrated ability to recruit Division I student-athletes.
Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to the academic goals of the University.
Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, faculty, alumni and administrative staff.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and a commitment to adhering to all the policies, rules and regulations of MSU, the Big Ten Conference and the NCAA.
