Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology is accepting applications for the Volleyball Graduate Assistant Coach position. The position is a two year commitment with annual review. Some benefits include Master’s Degree tuition, meal benefits, and stipend.
This position reports directly to the Head Volleyball Coach and is responsible for assisting in the planning, directing, and evaluating of all aspects and facets of a successful volleyball program. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: assisting in all aspects of recruiting, practice and game preparations, travel and event preparation and execution, maintaining all social media accounts, film collection and breakdown, and working knowledge of NCAA ruled and regulations. Expectations are that the GA serve as a leader, mentor, and role-model to student athletes and are capable of interacting effectively and appropriately with student-athletes, parents, alumni, faculty, peers, community members, and administrators.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years coaching experience and/or playing experience in intercollegiate volleyball. Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into master’s program. Knowledge in the following programs is a plus: Microsoft Office programs, recruiting software and online databases, video breakdown software, Photoshop, all forms of social media.
