The assistant wrestling coach will help the Head Coach with the development and administration of a successful program. The assistant wrestling coach will help disciple the team and will work with the head coach regarding training, player development, and direction of the program.
Knowledge of wrestling rules and practices Working knowledge of NAIA compliance Ability to assist with travel arrangements and to travel with team Effective communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal) Ability to prepare for and conduct practice Assist in discipleship of student athletes Support the academic progress of student athletes Must be able to handle emergency situations involving students Other tasks as assigned
Collegiate wrestling experience preferred.
Previous coaching experience preferred.
