This position will assist the Head Football Coach in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a NCAA Division I program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: teaching student-athletes the fundamentals and mechanics of football, evaluating and recruiting potential student athletes, organizing and conducting team practices, performing administrative and public relations duties, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the academic and athletic success of student- athletes and adhere to all NCAA and Conference rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with work experience equivalent to a master’s degree. Successful recruiting of Division I academically and athletically prepared student-athletes. Experience with student-athlete development. Experience developing offensive game plans. Experience working with Tight End position groups. Proven record of adherence to all NCAA academic and compliance regulations.
Preferred Qualifications: Football coaching at FBS level. Successful college coaching experience with offensive line at the NCAA Division I level.
