4 Year Degree
Coordinate the strength and conditioning program for teams assigned (excluding football) by the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach by designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs, regularly testing the athletes to determine the effectiveness of the programs and maintaining accurate records of athlete's progress. Assist with the scheduling and daily upkeep of the strength and conditioning facility.
2 years of experience at the collegiate level strongly preferred
Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS) or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (SCCC) is required
The qualified individual will also demonstrate a passion for the strength and conditioning profession, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a variety of student-athletes on a daily basis
