Responsible for implementing and directing all phases of a competitive NCAA Division III tennis program for men and women. Actively recruit and retain student-athletes that blend the academic profile of Endicott with the expectations and standards of a top caliber student-athlete. Work collaboratively with the Office of Admission. Strong ability to build, motivate and retain a diverse and inclusive team. Hire, supervise and mentor assistant coaches. Attention to team fundraising goals and initiatives. Additional responsibilities will be expected in either athletic resources or sports information.
Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree, Master preferred and a minimum of three years college coaching experience. Preferably head coaching experience. Strong program management skills. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
