The Director, Athletics Facilities & Maintenance will oversee various aspects of the athletic department facilities as it relates to scheduling of facilities, building and grounds maintenance, housekeeping, grounds-keeping, and security.
Bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization; and three to five years of experience in building management/maintenance, facility operations and project management. Additionally, EMS or scheduling software related experience and knowledge base of athletic game/event operations.
Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines with limited resources and multiple competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate well with others
Solid computer skills
