The Ohio State University Department of Athletics is seeking an Assistant Ticket Director. The Assistant Ticket Director manages ticket operations for selected events including programming, invoicing, allocation, distribution, season database maintenance and assisting customers with inquiries and ticket purchases. Collaborates with other department areas on assigned events to coordinate ticketing needs for sales, marketing, promotions, fan experience and event operations. Assists the Director of Ticket Operations & Analytics with analytics initiatives, third-party integrations and ticketing software operational support. Provides general Athletic Ticket Office management support including operational and customer service duties, reconciliation, reporting, ticket allocations, cash handling and supervision of student staff. This position works in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience is required. Experience in ticketing operations, customer service, cash handling procedures and supervision of part-time staff is required. Position requires ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends. Operational knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics and Host ticketing systems is desired.
