Utah State University is currently seeking candidates for an Account Executive in Ticket Sales and Service. The position reports to the Director of Ticket Operations.
Sell football, men's and women’s basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and other event related products
Call current and past customers and cold-call new sales leads to generate sales
Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, make in-person appointments, and attend networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.
Work some home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game
Provide excellent customer service to build relationships for repeat business
Recognize future sales opportunities
Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers
Pursue prospective customers
Manage multiple relationships well
Build rapport with customers and prospects
Provide superior customer service to clients throughout the season.
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals that are established by management
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations
