Responsible for administration of the cheer leading and dance program. Including planning events, developing training, and managing of the team. The teams will perform at College games on campus and community events throughout the academic year.
Position Status: Full-time based on 207 days; Application Deadline: Open until filled Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Six months to two years of previous experience in cheer, dance, and choreography instruction and supervision. Current first aid certificate preferred. Must be willing to become AACCA certified (if needed).
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others. Work Environment varies from day to day activities alternating between office hours, practices, college and community events, and same day/ overnight trips for cheer and dance events & competitions.
