Cornell University invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Coach for Men’s Swimming. This position will assist the head coach in the planning and operation of the program. You will also assist with practice and competitions as assigned; evaluate performances, recruit extensively, and make recommendations to the head coach regarding all phases of the program. The Assistant Coach will identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student-athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach.
Bachelor's degree required with up to 2 years experience or equivalent combination.
Expected to comply with NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations.
Previous coaching or competing experience at the collegiate level.
Must be highly motivated with an outstanding work ethic and be an aggressive, innovative recruiter. Previous student-athlete recruiting experience preferred.
Must have the ability to work within a collaborative and efficient office environment.
