Position Description: Plan and develop daily business functions for various departments within the athletic organization. Ensure the athletic organization maintains a favorable public and stakeholder perception while fulfilling the organization's strategic mission.
Texas Tech Athletics is seeking qualified applicants to serve in the Ticket Office as an Associate Director of Ticket Analytics and Database Management.
Assist in the management of the overall and day-to-day database maintenance and administration for both Paciolan ticketing software and Salesforce CRM software. Provides ticket services with related database needs (i.e. email communication lists, mailing lists, established phone call campaigns, etc.), as necessary. Provides ticket sales related database needs (i.e. importing cold call lists, generating database marketing lists, create e-mail lists for marketing campaigns, etc), as necessary. Develops and maintains short & long term forecasting models.
Works with other members of the ticket services unit to come up with new ideas on how to utilize CRM to increase sales and service, builds sales and service campaigns (under the direction of the Associate AD), scores leads to help sellers prioritize their targets, and monitors CRM adoption.
Oversees maintenance of files, database, and reporting for Paciolan and CRM. Constantly scrubs (merge/purge) Paciolan Ticketing database, utilizing CRM tools to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Create weekly sales team reports and assist in the monthly reporting of sales team commissions.
Assist in attaining defined revenue goals for each sport, as set forth by the Athletic Department.
Assist in the building of seasons, events, and individual games utilizing Paciolan ticketing software.
Assist in gameday ticket office operations as needed for Texas Tech athletic events.
Provide exceptional customer service to all constituents through various means of communication.
Other duties as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Services.
Complies with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field plus three (3) years related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal seven (7) years.
Master’s Degree. Minimum of two years working in collegiate/professional athletics.
Previous experience working with Paciolan and CRM database.
Proficient with computerized ticketing systems.
Previous experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, self-motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to adapt in a quick changing work environment.
Ability to multi-task and work with frequent interruptions.
