The Inside Sales Associate will support all aspects of assigned accounts within portfolio including: Sales, Marketing, product development and profitability.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

 Sales Support

  • Work with internal sales management to support an annual business plan that clearly outlines the Sales direction of Kwik Goal
  • Weekly assessment of account progress
  • Forecasting and strategic planning to achieve 100% of  target
  • Identify opportunities to build market share

Account Oversight

  • Foster and develop key relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts
  • Weekly collaboration with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained at the distribution level
  • Ensure proper product assortment and placement within each account
  • Share feedback from meetings regarding product, pricing, and feedback with internal sales management and marketing department

Customer Service

  • Phone coverage in our Customer Service department
  • Customer service calls
  • Order entry

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 Years of sales experience
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, including the abilities to elicit information, actively listen, verbalize ideas, manage and resolve conflicts
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with clear, concise, written messages through memos, e-mails and reports
  • Must have high comfort level with, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with customers and co-workers
