The primary responsibility of the position will be to assist the Head Coach in all facets of the soccer program. Responsibilities include; but are not limited to: assist the Head Coach in all aspects of running a collegiate soccer program, recruiting, game day management, coaching training sessions, film session organization, monitoring the academic success of the student athletes, and any additional duties assigned by the Head Coach and/or the Director of Athletics. Candidates must be motivated self-starters that possess strong communication skills, be well organized, show solid interpersonal and leadership skills and knowledge of the game, and understand how to identify and attract highly qualified student athletes to King’s College. A successful candidate must adhere to all NCAA, Mid-Atlantic Freedom Conference, and institutional guidelines, policies and rules while demonstrating professional behavior. At all times the individual will promote the soccer program and King’s College in a positive manner to the campus community, high school/club coaches, the outside community, and to recruits and their families. The candidate will show a loyal, supportive, and cooperative attitude to the soccer program, all the coaches, staff, faculty, administrators, and the College.
Required Qualifications for Applicants:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
Unqualified background check (clearance)
Valid United States Driver’s License and Clear Driving Record Check
Collegiate playing experience. Coaching experience is preferred.
This position includes:

2 Graduate Level Courses per Session (Acceptance into Graduate School is not guaranteed)
